In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context otherwise requires:

• "09be" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at 09be.io, including all associated services, products, mobile-optimised interfaces, and customer support functions.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 09be platform and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile created by a Player on 09be, which holds wallet balance, betting history, bonus allocations, and personal verification details.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within a Player's 09be Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any staking of funds from a Player's Wallet on any sports market, casino game, slot, or other gambling product offered on the 09be platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive allocated to a Player's Account by 09be under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus must be staked on qualifying products before it may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "Payment Method" refers to any of the accepted deposit and withdrawal channels on the platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where use of the 09be platform would contravene applicable laws or regulations.

To register and use the 09be platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The Player must be aged 21 years or older. 09be enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately.
• The Player must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register an account on 09be.
• The Player must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any Bet.
• The Player must not be an employee, director, agent, or contractor of 09be, nor a close family member of any such person.
• The Player must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 09be platform for any reason.
• The Player must be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each eligible individual may register one and only one account on 09be. The registration process requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. Players must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. If any registered details change — including mobile number, payment method ownership, or contact information — the Player must update their account promptly by contacting the 09be support team at [email protected].

• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address used consistently by the same person.
• Players must not share their 09be login credentials with any other person.
• Players must not allow any other person to access or operate their account.
• 09be reserves the right to verify identity documents, including national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, before approving withdrawals or during account review.
• Accounts created using false or borrowed identity information will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

09be reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

09be accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 09be does not impose any additional processing fee on deposits made through the above methods on the platform side, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

All deposits must be made from a Payment Method registered and verified in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is registered to a person other than the 09be account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• Players must not make deposits using funds derived from any illegal activity.
• 09be reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
• The minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome bonus is ৳500. The maximum welcome bonus amount is ৳20,000.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for any real-money balance in their 09be Wallet, provided that no active wagering requirements are attached to that balance and the account has passed all required verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. In cases where the original deposit method cannot receive funds, 09be will contact the Player to agree on an alternative verified method. Players may not request withdrawal to a payment account not registered in their own name.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Requests submitted outside processing hours or during peak periods may take up to 48 hours to process.
• 09be reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where identity verification is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or an account review is in progress.
• Players may be required to submit proof of identity (NID / passport) and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are subject to applicable anti-money-laundering checks in accordance with international best practice.

09be offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms and is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds may only be used on qualifying products as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• 09be reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a Player's account in good faith will be honoured subject to the stated wagering requirements.
• Multiple accounts created to exploit bonus offers will be treated as fraud. All associated accounts will be closed and bonuses forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus period will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

All sports bets placed on 09be are governed by the rules set out in this section, as supplemented by sport-specific rules available in the help section of the platform. By placing a bet, the Player confirms that they have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking their selections carefully before confirmation, as bets cannot be reversed once submitted.
• 09be reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at the discretion of 09be's trading team, particularly where the outcome of an event has become significantly certain.
• 09be reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, for any Player, at any time, without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules. In general, bets on abandoned events are voided unless a result has already been determined.
• Suspected match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of any event outcome will result in the immediate voiding of affected bets and the suspension of the implicated account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits will be communicated to Players at the time of bet placement where applicable.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a temporary account time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains inaccessible for all betting and gaming activity.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which closes the account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of six months.
• Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a different name or mobile number. Any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.
• The 09be platform does not offer gambling services to individuals who are under 21 years of age or who are known problem gamblers under active self-exclusion.

09be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in match-fixing, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of any bonus offer, promotional incentive, or referral programme.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools not expressly permitted by 09be.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without valid cause.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 09be reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any balance may be forfeited in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09be shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any game malfunction, technical error, or system outage.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform which is subsequently corrected.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect loss, including loss of reputation, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09be collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at 09be.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

09be uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions between the Player's device and the platform servers. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never held in plain text. 09be will never share a Player's personal data with third parties except where required to process payments, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.
